Order Processing

We process orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) generally begin processing the same day, while orders placed later may start processing the next business day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery within the United States is 5-10 business days after your order is shipped. Please keep in mind that these delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier and your location.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order's weight and destination, and will be shown during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to check the delivery status of your package.

Returns and Refunds

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to return items for a refund. Returned items must be in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order will be processed and shipped, and cancellations may no longer be possible.

International Orders

We currently ship within the United States only. If international shipping becomes available, please note delivery times may vary due to customs processing and other factors beyond our control.
